About MyVendor
MyVendor is a vendor operating system for local businesses in India. It gives shop owners — kirana stores, restaurants, salons, coaching classes, repair shops, and delivery businesses — a single system to manage orders, payments, subscriptions, and their own customer data.
MyVendor is not a marketplace. When a customer orders through a vendor's own MyVendor QR code, the order goes directly to that vendor at 0% commission, and the customer data belongs to the vendor, not to MyVendor. A separate, optional customer discovery app carries a category-based commission for orders it originates — most vendors on MyVendor run primarily on direct QR orders.
