How do vendors register on MyVendor?

Vendors can register by visiting the MVP Application's registration page and completing theform. You'll be asked to provide your business details, contact information, service categories, and verification documents if required.

After submitting, our team reviews the application and contacts you for verification. Once approved, you can start adding services and accepting requests.

How can I request deletion of my vendor account or data?

To request deletion of your account or personal data, please contact our support team at support@myvendor.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request". Include your account email and a short reason for the request.

We will verify your identity before processing deletions for security reasons. Once confirmed, we aim to complete deletion requests within 10 days.

How do I request a service for a customer?

Vendors can create service requests from their dashboard or customers can use the "Request Service" form on the site. For urgent requests, communicate directly with the customer and mark the request as priority in your records.

Does MyVendor process payments?

MyVendor does not process payments in the MVP. Any payment fields are for manual record-keeping only. Vendors and customers should agree on payment methods outside the platform unless we announce integrated payment support.

How do I export or backup my customer records?

We recommend vendors maintain their own backups. In the current MVP, exporting data may not be available. Contact support to request a data export for your account and we will provide the available options.

Reporting abuse, fraudulent activity or disputes

If you encounter fraud, abuse, or disputes with a vendor or customer, contact support immediately at info@vinayaktechnocrats.com. Provide relevant details, screenshots, and transaction references where possible.

Account security and password reset

To reset your password use the "Forgot password" link on the login page. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password immediately and contact support.

Can I manage subscriptions and delivery schedules?

Yes — the app includes subscription management features that allow vendors to track recurring orders, set schedules, and record delivery statuses manually. Check the vendor dashboard for subscription controls.
