1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the MyVendor mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Scope of the Application

MyVendor (MVP version) is a lightweight CRM tool designed for vendors to:

  • Manually manage customers
  • Manually create and track subscriptions
  • Record delivery status manually
  • Record payment information manually for internal tracking

The App does not process online payments, act as a payment gateway, or guarantee delivery or payment collection.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts.

4. Vendor Responsibility

All data entered is provided voluntarily by you. Any agreement between you and your customers exists outside the App.

5. Data Accuracy

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and relevance of all data entered.

6. No Financial Liability

MyVendor does not verify, process, or validate payments. Payment records are for reference only.

7. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

8. Prohibited Use

Illegal activities, unauthorized data usage, or misuse of the App are prohibited.

9. Service Availability

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without guarantees.

10. Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated if these Terms are violated.

11. Limitation of Liability

MyVendor is not liable for business losses, user-caused data loss, or vendor-customer disputes.

12. Changes to Terms

Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use indicates acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
